Cancellation and Refund Policy

At iTwelve Tech, we strive to provide exceptional services. If you need to cancel a service, please review our policy below.
Cancellation
You may cancel a service by providing written notice to info@itwelvetech.com.
Cancellations made within 7 days of service commencement may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms below.
Refunds
- If a project is canceled within 7 days of commencement and no significant work has been completed, a full refund may be issued.
- If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for:
- Services canceled after significant work has been completed.
- Delays caused by client inaction or failure to provide necessary information.
